We designed this building complex and the newly rebranded Tiger 86 gasoline station to complement and elevate each other — an integrated approach where architecture meets utility.

With perforated materials that let the air and light in, the space breathes, functions, and feels good to be in. A refresh that’s not just about structures, but about how people move, and recharge - literally & figuratively.
