We gave this chicken joint a full-on makeover—everything from branding to architecture. Our inspiration drawn from the playful scribbles of Gab, the founders’ three-year-old daughter to whom the store was named after. Her doodles became the heart of Gab’s Chicken + Grill’s new identity.
